Responsibilities:
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing or construction environment
- Knowledge of manufacturing and construction materials and tools
- Physical ability to be active on the job (Standing, walking, lifting) for long durations
- Highly detail-oriented. Meeting deadlines and conducting frequent quality checks is a must
- Great organizational and time-management skills
- Driven, energetic and a strong commitment to task completion
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong understanding and experience with job site Health & Safety protocols to keep yourself and your team safe at work
- Proficient at using computers, software programs, etc.
- Steel-toed shoes, PPE and clean, work appropriate attire required
- Must be willing to work a 4 days on, 4 days off, 12-hour shift rotation and occasional overtime as required
Qualifications
- HS Diploma
- College Diploma or 2+ years working experience
- 2+ years Construction or Manufacturing experience
- Experience working with hand tools including but not limited to: drills, hammers, levels, table saws, etc.
- Forklift operators an asset
