SAIT – Nunavut, CA | Arctic Cultural Centre

This project was delivered by a Canadian icebreaker supply ship to Cambridge Bay, Nunavut (Ikaluktuuttiak) late this summer. ZS2 teamed up with the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology to design a new standard for arctic construction that is highly energy efficient and durable. The new cultural centre has TechPanel walls, floor, and roof with solar panels. The building’s envelope is fully complete and only interior finishings remain.

Improve Group – New Mexico, US | Mixed-Use Community Facilty

Crews are hard at work on this community facility in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Coming in at 13,500 sqft, this project uses the largest quantity of TechPanels for a singular build to date. Improve Group was one of ZS2’s first TechPartners and this is our third project with their team!
